Choosing markets
A market is one city or county. Your markets decide which project data your team sees.
Huff charges for geography, not seats. A market is one city or county, and your organization's markets decide what everyone in it can see.
What a market gives you
- Inside your markets, plus 2 miles past their edges: everyone in the organization sees full project details.
- Outside your markets: you see counts per locality, under "Outside your markets" in Discover, and no details.
There are no seat limits. Everyone in your organization shares the markets it buys.
Choosing your first market
When you start an organization, Huff asks Where do you sell? Pick the city or county where your reps do the most work.
One market comes with a 14-day free trial, and a card is required to start it. If you pick two or more at the start, they are paid from the first day. Prices are on the pricing page.
Adding or removing a market
Open the menu behind your avatar, go to Organization, then Billing. You need permission to manage billing. Owners and admins have it, and a custom role can include it.
- Adding a market during your trial ends the trial for the whole subscription, and every market is invoiced that day.
- Removing a market lowers your next bill. There is no refund, and the market stays live until the end of the billing period.
If Huff set up your markets for you, write to support to change them.
Limiting a team to some markets
An owner can limit a team to some of the organization's markets. A team with no limit sees every market. Owners and admins always see all of them.
