What is Huff?

How do I sign in?
Go to app.huffintel.com and use your work email or Google. With email, you can use a password or a sign-in link. See Signing in.
How do I add someone to my team?
Open Organization from the menu behind your avatar and create an invite, then send it to them. When they sign in through it, they join your organization and see its markets.
How much does Huff cost?
Huff charges per market, a city or county, with no seat limits. Prices are on the pricing page.
Which markets can I see?
The ones your organization has, plus 2 miles past their edges. Outside them, you see counts only. See Choosing markets.
How often does project data update?
Every morning, before the working day starts.
Can I get my Pipeline out of Huff?
Yes. Pipeline exports to CSV at any time.
Something on a site looks wrong. What should I do?
Write to support with a link to the site's page.
Claude connector
What can Claude do with Huff?
Read project signals in your markets, your companies, and your team's Pipeline. It can also start and move leads, add companies and contacts, log interactions, and create routes. The tools reference has the full list.
Can Claude see other organizations' data?
No. Every call runs as the person who signed in, inside the organization they approved. See Authentication.
Is it limited to our markets?
Project details are. market_overview is the one exception: it returns counts per locality for everywhere Huff tracks, and no details. See Market limits.
Will Claude change things without asking?
Huff marks each tool as read-only or not, so Claude can ask before a write. Your Claude settings decide when it asks. Claude cannot delete or edit companies, contacts, or logged interactions.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Huff does not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic handles what reaches Claude under the terms of your Claude plan. See Your data and AI training.
Does the connector cost extra?
Not from Huff. Connectors depend on your Claude plan.
Can an admin control who connects?
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, owners decide which connectors are available. In Huff, each person approves their own connection, and removing someone from your organization ends theirs. See Revoking access.
How do I disconnect Claude?
In Huff, go to Profile, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. Then remove the connector in Claude. See How to disconnect.
Why do I get no results?
Usually the place you asked about is outside your markets. See No results.
